Welcome to Learn Hive. By enrolling in lessons, purchasing packages, or accessing any Learn Hive services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to maintain the integrity, professionalism, and quality of the bespoke learning experience we provide.
1. Lesson Packages & Payment
• All lessons must be paid for in advance.
• Package options include 1, 5, 10, or 20-hour bundles, each valid for 30 calendar days from the date of your first scheduled lesson.
• Unused hours expire after the 30-day period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Scheduling & Rescheduling
• Lessons are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.
• You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any requests made within 24 hours are considered late cancellations and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• Requests to change the lesson time at the start of the scheduled hour are also classified as late cancellations.
3. Refund Policy
• Refunds are not issued for unused lessons after the 30-day validity period.
• If a student chooses not to complete their package, used hours will be recalculated at the standard rate (£70/hour), and any remaining balance may be refunded or applied as credit toward a new package.

4. Lesson Validity & Usage
• Lessons are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased the package.
• Lessons must be scheduled within the validity period. Learn Hive is not responsible for reminding students to use their hours.
5. Student Conduct
• Punctuality and professionalism are expected from all students.
• Repeated lateness, cancellations, or unresponsiveness may result in withdrawal from the program, without refund.
6. Instructor Commitments
• All lessons are crafted and delivered by Haitham Mugherbi or a formally designated instructor under his direct supervision.
• Learn Hive reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances with adequate notice and alternative times provided.
7. Intellectual Property
• All course materials, original content, and lesson resources are the intellectual property of Learn Hive and may not be redistributed, resold, or copied without express permission.
8. Changes to Terms
Learn Hive reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Students will be notified of any substantial changes.
