Refund Policy
Effective as of May 27, 2026 · Learn Hive
At Learn Hive, every engagement is meticulously prepared and individually crafted to meet the highest standards of Performance-Integrated Communication Consulting. This policy exists to protect both the integrity of that work and the interests of every client we serve.
Consumer Statutory Rights — UK & EU
- If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment.
- Express Request for Immediate Start: By scheduling or attending a session within this 14-day window, you expressly request that services begin immediately. You acknowledge that if you choose to cancel, the value of any sessions already delivered will be deducted from your refund in accordance with Section 4.
- Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or other applicable international legislation.
Program Validity & Momentum
All programs must be paid in full prior to the commencement of delivery. Once payment has been confirmed, your sessions are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of your first scheduled session. This timeframe preserves the momentum and intensive focus required for measurable professional development.
If delays occur due to Learn Hive’s availability, the validity period will be extended in writing accordingly.
Bespoke & Corporate Agreements
For engagements not listed on the public fee schedule — including Corporate Team Programs, multi-month institutional advisories, or customised executive tracks — the specific terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and session rollovers will be governed by the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between Learn Hive and the client.
In the absence of a specific written override in a bespoke agreement, the 24-hour cancellation policy and 30-day validity terms outlined in this document shall apply as the default standard. Where no alternative recalculation rate is agreed in writing, the Standard Individual Rate referenced in Section 4 applies by default.
Refunds & Recalculations
- Partial Completion: If you choose not to complete your retainer program within the 30-day validity period, sessions already delivered will be recalculated at the Standard Individual Rate of £140 per session.
- Remaining Balance: Any balance after recalculation may be refunded upon request or applied as credit toward a new engagement, at Learn Hive’s discretion.
- Refunds are not issued for unused sessions after the 30-day validity period has ended.
- Refund claims require verified payment records corresponding to the invoice in question. Unverified or unpaid invoices do not constitute a basis for refund entitlement.
A client purchases a Primary Program (12 sessions) for £1,080 but completes only 4 sessions before electing to cancel. Those 4 sessions are recalculated at the Standard Individual Rate: 4 × £140 = £560. The remaining £520 may, at Learn Hive’s discretion, be refunded or applied as credit toward a future engagement.
Late Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. This policy reflects the preparation, research, and customisation invested into every executive engagement prior to delivery.
Sessions cancelled at the point of the scheduled start time are classified as late cancellations and treated accordingly.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or credits arising from documented emergencies — including verified medical circumstances — may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Learn Hive.
Requests under this section must be submitted in writing to info@learn-hive.com with supporting documentation where applicable.
Invoice Integrity & Refund Eligibility
- Refund eligibility is contingent on verified, confirmed payment corresponding to the invoice in question. The existence of an invoice does not constitute proof of payment or proof of services rendered.
- Learn Hive invoices may not be submitted as evidence of completed service delivery for tax filings, expense claims, or financial reporting purposes without corresponding verified payment records.
- Any attempt to claim a refund against an invoice for which full cleared payment has not been received and verified will be treated as a fraudulent claim and may result in legal action.
- To verify the status of any invoice or payment, contact info@learn-hive.com quoting the Invoice Number and Payment Reference.
