Rostock — Feasibility Planning & Liaison

Represented a major Libyan holding company in direct technical and commercial discussions at Liebherr maritime facilities. Engaged in high-level feasibility planning regarding port redevelopment and maritime infrastructure deepening, with a focus on establishing strategic links and agreeing on a working framework for the conglomerate’s logistics divisions.

Industrial Systems | Hannover Messe

Industrial Delegation Support

Participated in Hannover Messe as part of a Libyan industrial delegation alongside company owners and the Libyan Minister of Industry. Supported industrial sourcing efforts through meeting coordination, stakeholder engagement, and pre-trip preparation. Facilitated introductions with prospective partners, supported structured follow-ups, and provided limited technical interpretation to ensure alignment during technical and commercial discussions.

Commercial Scaling | UAE

Dubai — Strategic Human Capital Logistics

Coordinated public–private engagement for a large Libyan conglomerate (the nation’s second-largest food importer), managing the supply of large volumes of nurses, doctors, IT specialists, and engineers. Navigated complex cross-border logistics and stakeholder coordination across Asia, Egypt, Europe, Libya, and the UAE.

Supply Chain | GCC Region

Kuwait — Grocery Supply Chain

Managed commercial negotiations for the supply of non-perishable food products with a major Kuwaiti grocery chain. Facilitated discussions on joint operations and supply chain integration within the Libyan jurisdiction to support the conglomerate’s retail expansion.

Industrial Food Production | Kuwait

Kuwait — Commercial Sourcing & Supply Chain Negotiation

Represented the holding company during commercial negotiations for large-scale food production sourcing. Led discussions on order volumes, private-label production, payment terms, INCOTERMS, and international shipping conditions. Conducted on-site factory inspections and reviewed production capacity, loading methods, and logistics workflows to support informed supply-chain and operational decisions.
