The Learn Hive Refund Policy
Effective as of 18 January 2026
Note: This policy applies to all Learn Hive programs delivered in both English and German.
At Learn Hive, every session is meticulously prepared and individually crafted to meet the highest standards of Performance-Integrated Communication Consulting. In order to maintain this level of service and uphold the integrity of our scheduling system, the following policy applies.
1. Statutory Rights (UK & EU Clients)
If you are a consumer located in the UK or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment.
Express Request for Immediate Start: By scheduling or attending an engagement within this 14-day window, you expressly request that services begin immediately. You acknowledge that if you choose to cancel, the value of any sessions already delivered will be deducted from your refund according to the recalculation schedule in Section 4.
2. Program Validity & Momentum
All programs must be paid in full prior to the start of instruction. Once payment has been made, your sessions are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of your first scheduled meeting. This timeframe ensures the momentum and intensive focus required for professional improvement.
If delays occur due to Learn Hive’s availability, the validity period will be extended accordingly.
3. Bespoke & Corporate Agreements
For engagements not listed on the public fee schedule—including Corporate Team Programs, multi-month institutional advisories, or customized executive tracks—the specific terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and session rollovers will be governed by the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between Learn Hive and the Client.
In the absence of a specific written override in a bespoke contract, the general 24-hour cancellation and 30-day validity terms outlined in this policy shall remain the default standard. Where no alternative recalculation rate is expressly agreed in writing, the Standard Individual Rate referenced in Section 4 shall apply by default.
4. Refunds & Recalculations
- Strategic Program Rates: Our high-frequency programs—Immersive (£1,800), Primary (£1,080), and Standard (£800)—are offered at a curated rate based on commitment. Current rates are maintained on our official Fee Schedule.
- Partial Completion: If you choose not to complete your program within the 30-day validity period, the sessions used will be recalculated at our Standard Individual Rate of £140 per session.
- The Balance: Any remaining balance after this recalculation will be refunded to you upon request or can be applied as a credit toward a new engagement.
- Refunds are not issued for unused sessions after the 30-day validity period has ended.
If you purchase a Primary Program (12 sessions) for £1,080 but only complete 4 sessions before electing to cancel, those 4 sessions will be recalculated at the Standard Individual Rate (£140/session = £560). The remaining £520 may, at Learn Hive’s discretion, be refunded or applied as credit.
5. Late Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. This policy respects the time and preparation invested into each executive session.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or credits due to documented emergencies (such as medical issues) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Learn Hive.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or other applicable international laws.
