Terms & Conditions
Effective as of May 27, 2026 · Learn Hive
By engaging Learn Hive services, scheduling sessions, or submitting payment, you confirm your acceptance of the following terms. These terms are designed to protect the integrity, quality, and professional standards of every engagement we deliver.
Section 01
Retainer Programs & Payment
- All engagements must be paid in full in advance before any sessions are scheduled or delivered.
- Learn Hive operates on a monthly retainer model. Current programs are: Immersive (£1,800/month · 5 sessions per week), Primary (£1,080/month · 3 sessions per week), and Standard (£800/month · 2 sessions per week).
- The standalone session rate is £140 per session. This rate also applies to sessions added to an existing program or used in recalculation upon early termination.
- Each retainer period is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the first scheduled session.
- Unused sessions expire at the end of the 30-day validity period and do not carry forward into subsequent billing cycles under any circumstances.
- Invoices are valid for 72 hours from the date of issue. Expired invoices are void and a revised invoice will be required before payment can be accepted.
Section 02
Scheduling & Rescheduling
- Sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement using Learn Hive’s automated scheduling system.
- You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are classified as late cancellations and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- Requests to change the session time at the point of the scheduled start are also classified as late cancellations.
- Sessions cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered delivered for billing purposes.
Section 03
Service Access & Payment Prerequisite
- Sessions are accessible only upon receipt of full cleared payment for the active billing period.
- Partial payment does not activate partial service access. No sessions will be delivered, scheduled, or confirmed until full payment has been received and verified.
- Learn Hive reserves the right to suspend or withhold all scheduled sessions and associated materials in the event of non-payment or payment delays.
Section 04
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not issued for unused sessions after the 30-day validity period has ended.
- If a client chooses not to complete their retainer program, sessions already delivered will be recalculated at the Standard Individual Rate of £140 per session. Any remaining balance may be refunded or applied as credit toward a new engagement at Learn Hive’s discretion.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Recalculation Example: A client purchases a Primary Program (12 sessions) for £1,080 but completes only 4 sessions before electing to cancel. Those 4 sessions are recalculated at £140/session = £560. The remaining £520 may be refunded or applied as credit.
Section 05
UK & EU Statutory Rights
- If you are a consumer located in the UK or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of payment.
- By scheduling or attending a session within this 14-day window, you expressly request that services begin immediately and acknowledge that the value of any sessions already delivered will be deducted from any refund in accordance with Section 4.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or other applicable international legislation.
Section 06
Session Validity & Non-Transferability
- All sessions are strictly non-transferable and must be used solely by the individual or entity named in the engagement agreement.
- Sessions must be scheduled and completed within the 30-day validity period. Learn Hive is not responsible for reminding clients to schedule their sessions.
- If delays to the validity period occur due to Learn Hive’s availability, the period will be extended accordingly in writing.
Section 07
Client Conduct & Professional Standards
- Punctuality and professional engagement are expected at all times. Learn Hive operates at an executive level and expects clients to conduct themselves accordingly.
- Repeated lateness, cancellations, or unresponsiveness may result in termination of the engagement without refund.
- Learn Hive reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement where professional standards are not maintained.
Section 08
Advisor Commitments
- All engagements are designed and delivered by Haitham Almughairbi or a formally designated advisor under his direct supervision.
- Learn Hive reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with adequate notice and alternative times provided to the client.
- Bespoke and corporate engagements not listed on the public fee schedule are governed by the terms of the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between Learn Hive and the client.
Section 09
Intellectual Property
- All session materials, communication frameworks, training content, proprietary methodologies, and original resources produced by Learn Hive are the exclusive intellectual property of Learn Hive.
- Materials may not be redistributed, resold, reproduced, or shared with third parties without express written permission from Learn Hive.
- This restriction applies to all formats including digital, audio, video, and written materials.
Section 10
Invoice Integrity & Fraud Notice
- The issuance of a Learn Hive invoice does not constitute proof that services have been rendered. Services are considered rendered only upon delivery of scheduled sessions within the stated billing period following confirmed receipt of full payment.
- Learn Hive invoices may not be used as standalone evidence of completed service delivery for any purpose, including but not limited to tax filings, expense claims, or financial reporting, without corresponding verified payment.
- Any reproduction, alteration, submission, or use of a Learn Hive invoice for purposes other than direct payment — including tax offset claims, expense reimbursement, or financial misrepresentation — without corresponding verified payment constitutes fraudulent misuse.
- Learn Hive reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in cases of invoice fraud or misrepresentation.
- To verify the authenticity of any Learn Hive invoice, contact info@learn-hive.com quoting the Invoice Number and Payment Reference.

- Continued engagement with Learn Hive following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
