At Learn Hive, we continuously review the tools and technologies we use to ensure they align with our values, support efficiency, and enhance the client experience. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to move our meetings and scheduling system from Zoom and Calendly to Whereby and Fillout Forms.

Whereby, a Norwegian company, offers a secure, elegant, and frictionless meeting experience. We view this partnership as both a practical and ethically sound choice — one that aligns with our vision of working with companies that demonstrate global responsibility and integrity.

Alongside this transition, we’re excited to announce that Fillout Forms will now manage all future onboarding, testing, and client feedback surveys. This change allows us to deliver a more seamless and integrated experience for our learners — from registration to evaluation and ongoing support.
